1. Necessities: a sheet of paper, a pencil, a ruler and/or a measuretape. |

2. Put he paper on the floor with one side against the wall and place your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall. |

3. Draw the outline of your foot. Note that you keep the pencil up straight against the outside of your foot. |
4. Draw a straight line at the furthest end of your foot. |

5. Measure the distance from the beginning of the sheet of paper (at the heel) to the drawn line. |

6. Your shoe size can be provided to us in millimeters. These measurements (mondopoint system) consists of steps of 4 mm. Should the measured distance turn out in between two sizes, then choose the largest size. |
